“My husband Joe and I got married this past August and the team at the SKH did an INCREDIBLE job of catering our wedding! We were so impressed with their open-mindedness, organization, flexibility, availability and kindness in the planning process. You can tell this team is passionate about what they do with the amount of care they put into the food and service they provide. We opted to have an assortment of hearty appetizers and hors d’oeuvres instead of a traditional sit down dinner, and Nikki, Don and their stellar team MORE than delivered for nearly 200 guests. Before we left on our honeymoon the next day, we had several people reach out to tell us how great the food was at the wedding (tons of compliments on the pulled pork sliders in particular!).
I have to say a special thank you to Nikki – our main contact. She took an interest, not only in the food, but in Joe and I, and the wedding itself and even helped me think of ways to incorporate our decor with the food display to keep the theme of the venue seamless throughout. I think you would be hard pressed to find someone who cares as much as she does about making your wedding day wonderful as a whole. She really understands that while food is one of the most important parts of a wedding day, food alone doesn’t make a wedding – it’s all the pieces that many vendors bring to the table that creates a wonderful wedding day. She ensured that the SKH’s role in our big day would play it’s part and worked so well with our other vendors – the SKH exceeded our expectations, making our wedding day incredible.
